What we're all about
Longevity Regenerative Health specializes in the work of regenerative health. Regenerative health is all about getting to the root cause of symptoms or a disease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and kinesiology.
We are a team of Certified Regenerative Health Practitioners who are trained in regenerative detox, iridology, Face & Tongue Mapping, herbalism, and many other modalities that help assess the body as a whole.
We specialize in digestive health, autoimmune, reproductive health, overall preventative care, and many other conditions. Disease is nothing more than Dis-ease. Disease is a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.

Janice Veech is a pioneer in root-cause regenerative healing, merging Earth medicine, quantum biology, and cosmic energetics. With certifications from the Institute of Regenerative Health, SACRED IHS Intentional Healing System, Nine Gates Esoteric School, and Damanhur University's Mystery School, she brings a multidimensional approach to healing the body, mind, and spirit.
Janice specializes in digestive health, autoimmune recovery, longevity, anti-aging, and high-frequency living. Her work includes advanced regenerative detoxification, iridology, herbal protocols, and biohacking practices. A classically trained chef from Le Cordon Bleu, with a stint at a 3* Michelin star Restaurant in Paris, she infuses her healing philosophy into sacred culinary arts and global spiritual travel.
With over 12 years of daily Kundalini Sadhana practice, Janice embodies deep energetic coherence, leading 40-day sadhanas, DNA activations, and group meditations to the 7th and 9th dimensions. She participated in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s published brain-mapping research and was recognized by HeartMath Institute for her exceptional healing energy imprint.
An experienced Sacred Gridworker and Operator of a Galactic Portal, she weaves galactic technologies, ascension templates, and 5D crystalline harmonics into her transformational work. Sabrina Wellendorf has been in the Alternative Healing field for 20+ years working in Quantum, Energy & Sound healing and now is pleased to bring in Regenerative Health and Wellness into her practice. She is a Certified Regenerative Health Coach from the Institute of Regenerative Health in Minnesota. the SACRED IHS (Intentional Healing System) she uses brings in Metatronic codes to help restructure & restore her clients to their best health. Her expert Cranio Sacral training from the Upledger Institute helps her release physical injuries from a client's body. Completion of Damanhur University's many schools: Spiritual, Alchemy, & Dream School helps her bridge multi-dimensional aspects for synchronicities for her clients.
As a Shaman from both the Inkan Quero & Mayan Pachakuti traditions, she walks two worlds to bring intuitive insights & spiritual healing for the body, mind, and spirit.
Sabrina brings her expertise & passion to greater depths in her regenerative health, longevity, & anti-aging work with all her clients.
She creates a personalized & customized protocol pathway for her clients for their best regenerative detoxification, using iridology, face & tongue mapping, herbals & tinctures, and biohacking products & practices to bring advanced systems to her clients' needs.
Since 2007 she has taught Hatha Yoga, then Kundalini Yoga since 2010, to help her clients bridge their physical discomforts during their detoxification process.
